Brucella Blood Agar is a nutritive medium for the isolation
and culture of obligate anaerobes in clinical specimens
(1).
It is recommended for the determination of the MIC
(Minimum Inhibitory Concentration) for anaerobic
microorganisms, using the Etest method (2).
